How is the order shipped?
The package will be shipped directly from Thailand by Airmail.
How long does the delivery period last?
The delivery time is approximately 7-14 days depending on your location but in some extreme cases
delivery time may take up to 4 weeks or more if the item is inspected by the Customs.
If I'm not satisfied with the item, can I refund for it?

I'm interested you products but I live in Italy. Can you ship to Italy?
We don't ship to German or Italy due to often lost packages.

All items will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on weight.
Can I use a PO BOX as a shipping address?

What happens if there is freight damage?
When the order arrives it is important that you inspect contents in the box before you sign for the delivery.
If you find any damage, write your findings on the freight bill and then immediately notify us of the damage.
